What is mean by EN8D?
The Chemical Composition of EN-8D is contains carbon, manganese, Phosphorous, and Sulphur. This alloy is a grade of carbon steel. This EN8D alloy has high strength and hardness. This grade is mostly used carbon steel alloy. EN-8D is a medium tensile low hardenability carbon steel typically supplied in black hot rolled or Normalised condition with a typical tensile strength.
