What is Naval Brass UNS C46200 alloy?
UNS C46200 is a brass alloy of copper, containing mostly zinc and tin. It is also known as naval brass. This alloy has good corrosion resistance, fair electrical conductivity, high hot forge-ability, good strength, and a higher dezincification resistance than the UNS C46400 alloy. The chemical composition of Naval Brass UNS C4200 alloy is copper, tin, lead, iron, and Zinc. This alloy has high demand to use for decorative and architectural products.
