What is Yellow Brass C27400 Round Bars?
The Yellow Brass C27400 Round Bars are “63/37” possess relatively good corrosion resistance, moderately high strength, and in some forms, it has very good flexibility. The hot conditions are stronger than C26000. C27400 brass is a brass fabricated for primary forming into wrought products.
What is Yellow Brass?
Cartridge Brass which is also known as yellow brass, has a mixed composition of 70% copper and 30% zinc. It is having a marvellous property of good corrosion resistance in most environments. Still, it is not suitable for certain materials, such as acetic acid, moist ammonia or ammonia compounds, hydrochloric acid and nitric acid. It is the most malleable of the brasses and has superior cold workability, good hot formability and is used in greater quantity than any other brasses.
