Why is Brass Alloy used?
The brass alloy has many properties, such as Susceptibility to stress-cracking, as brass is powerful and harder than pure copper, it is mostly used to developing stress cracks. This alloy also shows malleability and formability compared to bronze, and brass is a more malleable high melting point. Brass has a melting point that is high.
What is Brass alloy C36000?
C36000 Free Cutting Brass or Free Machining Brass is ideally suited for high-speed machining operations with its superior machinability, thread rolling, and knurling characteristics. This alloy has a machinability rating of 100 is standard against which all other copper alloys are rated. This alloy is easily soldered or brazed and has good resistance to corrosion.
The chemical composition of this brass C36000 alloy round bars contains Zinc, Lead, and Copper. The Brass alloy C36000 round bars are used in industrial applications with the main motive of making the smooth flow of work.
