Copper Nickel 90-10 Round Bar:

Copper Nickel 90-10 Round Bars are an austenitic alloy comprise of nickel, copper, and iron. It is highly resistant to the effect of acid, particularly sulfur acid which is most toxic. It represents excellent resistance to corrosion both pitting and crevice even in the presence of chemicals containing chlorides. It gives comparable resistance in the presence of sulphuric, phosphoric and nitric acids. Copper Nickel 90/10 have niobium. It gives stabilization to the product in opposition to sensitization. They are an ideal combination of corrosion resistance with enhanced mechanical properties and ease of fabrication. These Copper Nickel 90-10 Round Bar are renowned as cupro nickel bars or CuNi bars, these copper alloys presents that they have a tremendous resistance to seawater, organic compounds, diluted non-oxidizing acids, brine water, salts, and more.

Properties of Copper Nickel 90-10 Round Bar:

It has excellent corrosion resistance. However, it shows excellent resistance to impingement attack. Copper Nickel 90-10 Round Bar has good hot and cold workability.
