About Nickel Aluminium Bronze Rod:
Nickel aluminium bronze Rod contains 5 to 11 per cent aluminium and accompaniments of iron and nickel for more power, Which enhances the aluminium content of bronze results in higher strength. This rod is used in equipment for the energy markets, in aircraft, marine and a host of other industrial applications.
UNS 63000 Rod: UNS C63000 is a nickel-aluminium-bronze alloy of copper. It has a chemical composition of approximately 10% aluminium, 5% nickel and 3% iron. It is available for hot worked and offers a good machinability.The alloy presents good erosion and cavitation resistance in seawater and brackish water, with an excellent resistance to dilute sulphuric, hydrochloric and non-oxidising acids.

The addition of nickel which improves the corrosion resistance of the rods, are already a versatile aluminium bronze alloy. Iron acts as a grain refiner and enhances tensile strength without diminishing its excellent ductility and toughness.
