Inconel 925 Round Bar is composed of superalloy Inconel 925-grade material. It contains Chromium, Nickel and Iron combination with efficient strength enhancement. The alloy is incorporated with Molybdenum, Aluminium, Copper and Titanium to implement strength and corrosion properties.
Characteristics of Inconel 925 Bar:

Inconel UNS NO9925 Round Bar is a trade name of alloy 925 Bar. It is superior quality Round Bar used in several chemical surrounding applications with a great combination of strength and anticorrosion. These Bars are utilized in chemical processes due to their excellent resistance to acids, alkaline solutions. It is excellently resisted to get corroded, and pitting is avoided.
Inconel 925 Round Bars are tough and durable in extreme stress conditions. They are protected from stress corrosion rupturing of Bar. Considerable tensile and yield properties are illustrated to distress the Bars. In addition, they are recommended in harsh corrosive environments to prevent reducing effects. These Bars endow with resistance against decomposition in sulphuric and phosphoric acids. They are immune to chlorides and resists wet chloride erosion. Thus large marine sector utilization of these Bars is proffered.
Inconel UNS NO9925 Round Bars are formed with an excellent surface finish such as black and bright finish, rough turned, matte finish according to use. They are easily adaptable in a system with excellent welding properties. Inconel 925 Round Bars are formed with enhanced heat capabilities. They are effectively working in higher temperatures and shows less thermal expansion. Also, the cryogenic temperature surroundings are suitable for these Bars.
