Inconel 800 Round Bar Composition and Qualities:
Inconel 800 Round Bar is a long structure with a cylindrical shape fabricated using high strength Inconel 800 Alloy. The alloy is a Nickel alloy considered for higher temperature quality improvement with the addition of Chromium, Iron including adequate Aluminium, Carbon and Titanium content. It is opted for:
• Excellent tensile property
• Admirable oxidation resisting quality
• Prevent decay in corrosive surroundings
Inconel 800 Round Bar is preferred at high temperatures due to enhanced stress crack conflict. It also prevents creep rupture and stress erosion with less carbon content. These Bars are better endurable in aqueous surroundings since it resists wet chloride reducing and seawater decomposition. These bars are tough and extremely tensile to handle stress in extreme thermal situations. It is immune to atmospheric effects, pitting of surface and oxidization in several corrosive solutions.
