What is Aluminium 6061 alloy?
This alloy is a precipitation hardening aluminium alloy—it containing magnesium and silicon in the large amount. Aluminium alloy 6061 is a medium to high strength heat-treatable alloy with higher strength. This alloy has very good corrosion resistance and very good weldability, although reduced strength in the welded form. This alloy has medium fatigue strength. It has good cold formability but limited formability, and it is not suitable for very complex cross-sections.
What is the AMS 4129 Round bar?
AMS 4129 round bars are made up of using aluminium alloy. These round bars are used because of their oxidation resistance properties and high heat capacity. These round bars have come in different diameters, dimensions and standards. We offer these round bars in different finishes like black finish, bright finish and polished. These round bars are very light as compared to stainless steel alloy. Aluminium 6061 round Bars has excellent corrosion resistance due to a thin surface layer of aluminium oxide is formed when bare metal is exposed to air, effectively preventing further oxidation.
