Titanium Grade 7 Flat Bar is created with Titanium alloy Ti-0.15Pd that offers enhanced corrosion resistance due to Palladium integration. Titanium grade 7 is an alpha alloy introducing mechanical properties identical to commercially pure Titanium grades. Titanium with Oxygen, Nitrogen, Carbon, and Hydrogen forms this grade with added Palladium. It is an improved grade 2 of Titanium with augmented corrosion resistance quality.

ASTM B348 has defined specifications of annealed Bars and Billets made of Titanium and its alloys. Titanium Grade 7 Flat Bar introduces ASTM B348 specification for a more pliable and wear-resistant Bar. They are easily formable, reducing the hardness of the Bar. It is widely accepted in mild reducing surroundings with excellent conflict to Corrosion. These Flat Bars are intended for acid and brine surroundings. Titanium grade 7 makes the Flat Bar immune to various chemical decompositions containing acids, chlorides, and wet chlorine. Thus these are used in marine applications with considerable marine attack resistance.
Titanium Grade 7 Flat Bar is durable and strong with optimum tensile strength. It handles stress conditions at extreme conditions. These bars are effectively sustainable to higher temperatures as well as high-pressure conditions. They are intended for chemical process utilization. These bars are easily machined in various dimensions and propose accuracy and precision. It reduces general corrosion rates with Palladium content and resists pitting and stress cracking. The brilliant physical properties of these Flat Bars are supportive to enhanced efficiency in various corrosive surroundings and thermal conditions. These bars are heat resistant, and higher melting temperatures extend the working temperature range of the Bar.
