What is Super Duplex F55 material and Flat Bar?
A flat Bar is a rectangular form of a metal bar, also identified as a rectangular Bar. These are used in several structural applications in hot rolled and cold rolled forms. It is easily cut in required lengths and specifications.
Super Duplex F55 is an excellent grade of high chromium and molybdenum enhanced with Nitrogen and Tungsten. It posses excellent aspects of austenitic grades in addition to ferritic features. Adequate accumulation of Manganese, Nickel, Copper, and Silicon improves other steel properties of corrosion and strength.

Performance of Super Duplex F55 Flat Bar:
Super Duplex F55 Flat Bar is a wear-resistant, durable Bar with superb mechanical properties. It is highly tensile and improved to work hardening rates, fatigue strength, and localized decomposition resistance. These Flat Bars are resistant to various mordant media. Saltwater decomposition and chloride corrosion are wonderfully defended by these bars. Our Flat Bars are Super quality performing in various chemical surroundings. They are extensively resistant to pitting and heat oxidation.
Super Duplex F55 Flat Bars are tough to handle higher pressure and temperature conditions. They are heat resistant and useful in many applications in excessive conditions.
